EPS congratulates Susan Marie Colyer, of St. John Neumann Church, Reston, and John F. (Jack) Devaney, Jr., of St. Mary of Sorrows, Fairfax, who earned their EPS certificates in a Mass and Commissioning Ceremony held at St. Ann Church, Arlington, on May 6, 2009.
