The certificate program
features courses integrating Scripture, theology, spirituality and practical
application of the faith. Students are encouraged to enroll in the
certificate program, but EPS will accept single course applications from
graduates and others who want to deepen their faith.

The EPS Forum: Theology in Practice
This program
recognizes today's time constraints – on busy parents, workers on
flex-time, caregivers, those with a need for travel – without
sacrificing the high caliber of theological instruction for which EPS is known. Classes
meet Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Theological
Reflection Groups:
Every student participates in a theological
reflection group. Trained facilitators lead students in discussions
designed to integrate class material with Church tradition and personal
experience. Theological Reflection groups strengthen the student's
understanding of course material and aid in ongoing growth and
development. (See Theological
Reflection.)
Praxis
Curriculum:
The Praxis curriculum is designed to prepare students for active
participation in the Church's mission of evangelization in the family,
parish, community and workplace.
Foundational Level: Students examine the evangelizing mission of
the parish through the study of the U.S. Bishops' document Go and
Make Disciples, and its applications in the parish. Additional
classes are offered in the following areas:

Advanced-Level courses develop the students' skills for
